Sale, Bead Star, Beadmaker’s Retreat

I’m back from my trip to Europe, and thrilled to be able to lampwork again. As great as it is to visit family & friends, I have to say I truly miss my work when I’m away from the torch.

I’m covering a couple of things in today’s post, so let’s get onto it right away.

Spring Sale – 25% off

First of all, another great sale for you. Call it spring-cleaning or delayed March madness – but I’m having a site wide sale, and you’re all invited.

Get 25% off all of my lampwork beads, spacers, and finished jewelry.
On my webpage www.judithbillig.com as well as in myEtsy shop!

Simply use promo code “SPRINGSALE” during checkout to take benefit of this special offer. Sale starts today and ends Sunday, April 8th.

Dont’ forget: there’s always free shipping on my webpage within the U.S. and a low international flat rate of US$ 3.75 πŸ™‚

Bead Star 2011 Competition

I’m thrilled that my “Meadow Sparkle” bracelet design has been accepted to be an entry in the Bead Star 2011 competition.

Beadmaker’s Retreat

Mid May I’ll be spending a weekend away with other fellow lampworkers on a beadmaker’s retreat, organized by the International Society of Glass Beadmakers (Fire-and-Rain). I’m really looking forward to a weekend full of demos, learning new skills, networking and fun

And I’ll also be doing a demo at the retreat on the use of shards in beadmaking. Really excited (and a bit scared) about this. I hope my nerves will not get the better of me!

And a bit of eye candy to finish this post off. Here’s a big set of 28 beads that I pulled this morning out of the kiln, “Aztec Sunset”:

Happy beading,
Judith
